Bennett is the lead developer for all CARsTM and COPsTM products, reporting and services and has an in-depth understanding of statistical methodology, project management, and analytics.
During his tenure at SCRIPT, Bennett developed a synthetic data set using Transcriptome Simulation and MINIC III data. Throughout the project, Bennett worked on multi-omics intensive care study to create synthetic dataset to test pipelines and performances, created transcriptome simulator in Python, simulated clinical information using MIMIC III dataset and collaborated with stakeholders for rapid needs assessment. Bennett has used WordPress, Python, R, SQL, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Jupyter, fast.ai in project and product development. Bennett’s scientific interests include Zoology, Physiology, Cellular Biology lab experience. Interest in drug design and relationship between ligands and proteins.
Bennett has worked in physician practices and has experience as a pharmacy technician.
Bennett has a Bachelor’s Degree from Augustana College in Biochemistry and a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Informatics from University of Chicago.
