Markelle is the lead auditor for all claims audited in our CARsTM system and is part of the PIC Appeal Team. She is responsible for determining the accuracy of thousands of claims a year and her work has ensured that our clients receive 15% back for all claims audited, a figure twice that of industry averages. Last year, she achieved $2.7 million in savings for clients. Markelle is also the lead on-site audit investigator. She has completed on-site audits for pharmacies across the nation.
Makelle has been a certified pharmacy technician for seven years and has had various roles in retail and hospital pharmacy settings. She has the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Markelle is also a licensed Private Detective in the State of Illinois.
Markelle has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmhurst University.
