Morgan is a lead specialist working with pharmacies to ensure document and data capture is correct. Morgan works with pharmacies one on one to ensure documentation needed for auditing is proper and complete and ensures that auditors have the information readily available in the CARs system.
Before her work at PIC, Morgan was a Junior Consultant/Registered Behavioral Technician Lead with Continuum Behavioral Health. There, Morgan provided one on one instruction by implementing individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children, adolescents and adult clients, collected and analyzed acquisition and behavior data, provided support through assisting in assessments, collaborating on program materials, and creating new materials, provided support for the needs of new and current Registered Behavioral Technicians through session overlaps and trainings and plan quarterly events, create surveys, and performed job satisfaction check-ins.
Morgan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Taylor University located in Upland, IN.
