Nicole’s primary role is auditing claims and processing appeals for our FWA clients in CARs™. Prior to joining Pharmacy Investigators and Consultants, Nicole was a pharmacy technician for CVS Health. At CVS, she would evaluate prescriptions for accuracy, correspond with doctors, and calculate medication dosages to ensure proper therapies for treatment success.
Nicole joined PIC in 2020 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago. Nicole is a licensed and certified pharmacy technician of 6 years and a licensed private detective.
